What is the best way to submit a file?

The best way to submit a file to the Print Shop online is a PDF. This usually ensures nothing is altered in your file when it comes to us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept Spidercard at this time.

Do you accept personal jobs?
Yes, we can do just about any job for anyone, on campus or off.
How many days in advance do you need for a job?

It really depends on the amount of work the job consists of; typically one business day or less. We will have to contact you for larger more complex jobs.

I have a file too large to submit or email, what is the best way to get that to you?

The best way would be to put it into your Netfiles inbox. On your work order, under “Notes”, let us know your Netfiles name and the name of the file we are to print.

Where is the Print Shop located?
We are in Building 28, right next to the facilities building; behind the Cannon Memorial Chapel.
Do you all help with formatting/layouts?

Yes, we have a graphic designer who can provide assistance.

How will I be contacted when my job is complete?

For all of the orders placed online, you will be automatically notified when a job is complete. Otherwise, you will receive a phone call or an email.

What is the biggest poster you can print?

The largest poster we can print that would be mounted on foam board would be 36 x 56 inches For a banner, it can be 4 feet wide by 12, or however long you need it to be.

What should I do if I want a price quote first?
Best thing to do would be to call or email us before submitting a job online.
