Approved Food Vendors

The Campus Business Services (CBS) Purchasing office maintains the list of approved food vendors that can be used for campus events.  This list is updated monthly, and vendors that are not on this list can be added by providing updated documents or going through the new vendor process.

Included in this list are expiration dates for vendors' certificates of insurance, auto insurance, and Department of Health permits—please review this information to ensure the vendor will be approved on the date of your event.

The University community is encouraged to consider using vendors noted as SWaM, which indicates small, women, and minority-owned vendors.
