Jepson Alumni Center
This multipurpose facility serves as the home of the Office of Alumni Relations and includes state-of-the-art conference and meeting facilities that are available to alumni, University constituents, and non-profit and corporate organizations.
The Jepson Alumni Center includes beautiful reception spaces and comfortable overnight accommodations that alumni and special guests may book for overnight visits, weddings, receptions, and other events.
- The Quigg and Rosenbaum conference rooms artfully blend complete privacy with natural light and are equipped with audio-visual equipment.
- The Eskandarian Seminar Room and the walnut-paneled Richmond College Library are more formal conference rooms especially well suited for retreats or board meetings.
- The Robins Pavilion, the center's grand ballroom with an outdoor terrace, is the ideal venue for a formal reception, seated dinner, or large group seminar.
- The Hartz Dining Room, located in the Bottomley House and boasting hand-painted wall covering and a stunning gold-leafed chandelier, is the perfect location for a special meal and can accommodate up to fourteen (12) people.
Off-campus groups and organizations may book their events eighteen (18) months in advance if the events take place from mid-May through mid-August. Events can be booked twelve (12) months in advance if they take place from mid-August through mid-May.
