Package and Letter Drop Off Information
Courier Pick Up / Drop Off USPS 3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday FedEx Express 10 a.m., Monday-Friday UPS 4 p.m., Monday-Friday Mail dropped in USPS mail slots after 3:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday will leave the next day. Mail dropped after 3:30 p.m. on Friday will not leave campus until Monday afternoon.
FedEx Express courier (who picks up overnight packages) delivers and picks up between 9 a.m. 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. If you need to overnight a package, it should be to the Post Office by 10 a.m. You may also schedule a pickup from your office, free of charge, by calling 1-800-GoFedEx.

Can faculty and staff receive personal packages on campus?
Faculty and staff are not permitted to receive personal packages to the Campus Post Office. These packages will be returned to the sender if it is deemed to be a personal package.

What mailing address do we use?
It is important that you use your campus address as to not cause any confusion to the courier when they deliver items to campus. Only those departments in the Heilman Center are permitted to use the 410 Westhampton Way address.

What services do you offer at the Campus Post Office?
The Campus Post Office offers most services of a standard USPS Post Office, such as stamps for sale, overnight mail, priority mail (2-3 days), certified mail/return receipt, and international mail.
Faculty and staff may drop off prepaid packages for FedEx Express or UPS or leave them in your mail room for pick up.

What if my item is too large for delivery?
We will contact the receiver to make arrangements for pickup from the Campus Post Office. If you are unable to move the item, please contact Events and Support Services to assist with moving the items.
