  • What time does mail leave campus

Mail is picked up by the USPS at 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Anything dropped in mail slots after that time will leave the next day. Any mail dropped after 4:30 PM on Friday will not leave campus until Monday afternoon.

  • Can faculty and staff receive personal packages on campus?

Faculty and staff are not permitted to receive personal packages to the Campus Post Office. These packages will be returned to the sender if it is deemed to be a personal package.

  • What mailing address do we use?

It is important that you use your campus address as to not cause any confusion to the courier when they deliver items to campus. Only those departments in the Heilman Center are permitted to use the 410 Westhampton Way address.

At this time, we do not offer FED EX, UPS, Airborne or any other carrier. However, you may drop pre-labeled off at the Campus Post Office or leave them in your mailroom for pickup.
