Fleet Replacement

The University has signed an agreement with Konica Minolta as our new vendor for all campus Multifunctional Device Copier/Printers (MFD). The Campus Print Shop is working with Information Services to replace the current fleet of Ricoh units on a rolling schedule over the next 4 years, as leases expire.

New Konica Minolta MFDs will have the same configuration as your current Ricoh machines and are provided as a 5-year lease. You will receive a notification from the Print Shop about a replacement as when your current Ricoh lease expires.

Service and Supplies

The Campus Print Shop is your campus contact for placing supply and service requests for all copiers and multifunctional device printers. You may place supply and service requests by calling the Campus Print Shop at 804-289-8525 or by emailing printshop@richmond.edu.

Please provide the nature of your request for supplies and service. In addition, please provide the serial number on the front of your device and your contact information.
