Approved Food Vendors

The Campus Business Services (CBS) Purchasing office maintains the list of approved food vendors that can be used for campus events.  This list is updated monthly, and vendors that are not on this list can be added by providing updated documents or going through the new vendor process.

The list below indicates expiration dates for the required documents for active food vendors.  When booking your event, review this information to ensure the vendor will be active on the date of your event.  Vendors not on this list may need updated documents, or if they have not previously done business with the University, a supplier request will need to be created.

Required Documents for Active Food Vendors:

  • COI
  • Auto Insurance
  • Dept. of Health or Dept. of Agriculture

The University community is encouraged to consider using vendors noted as SWaM, which indicates small, women, and minority-owned vendors, which is denoted in parentheses (SWaM).
